A Warm Welcome.

About me:

Act One — The Early Years

I’m a Londoner by trade. I was born to a Swiss physiotherapist mother and a West African diplomat.
As a child, I often felt a sense of not belonging — raised in a single-parent household with a “foreign” parent, feeling neither white nor connected to my African roots.

This experience led me to challenge norms, develop a deep respect for difference and diversity in others, and feel comfortable forging an unconventional path through life.

Growing up in a family that was dysregulated and unintegrated due to generational trauma, my early years were spent honing my caretaking and “good child” qualities in order to survive and thrive. I had a tendency toward hypervigilance, and there was a lot of fear that became frozen.

When I left school at 18, I had no idea what the heck I wanted to do — I’d spent so long burying my own needs and wants. I was offered a place at Mountview Theatre School but didn’t have the money or encouragement to take it up.

My twenties were spent doing various jobs and travelling in Asia and South America. That’s when I learned how to communicate with anyone, from all walks of life. It’s also when I discovered yoga, meditation, and astrology — tools I’ve used ever since, almost daily.

“To create is to give form to what longs to exist.”

Act Three — The Creative Awakening

After twelve years of practising trauma-informed therapy, I felt my soul’s calling for something new.
I packed up my bags and relocated to Lisbon, Portugal, with my two young children.

Having restarted acting classes and enjoyed them immensely, I wanted to move toward working in a creative field. After a year of clarity, confusion, and more clarity, I realised I didn’t want to throw the baby out with the bathwater.

What I’ve learned from my own personal development journey, my training, and my work with clients remains an important and valid aspect of my vocation.

The other half of my calling is supporting you not only to heal but to thrive — to live creatively with courage, authenticity, abundance, and joy.

As an actress and moderator for Stage 32, I have insight into the industry and love working with actors, filmmakers, and screenwriters. My journey over the past year has also led me to confront my creative process in a wider context than just acting.

The blocks, fears, negative beliefs, and trauma that were holding me back were not only related to acting. I realised that what I had learned — on an experiential and somatic level, not just a cognitive one — could help anyone who identifies as creative.

Act Two — The Therapist

In my early forties, feeling dissatisfied with my job as a project manager for a not-for-profit educational consultancy, I decided to train as a therapist.

That took six years — some of the hardest years of my life, and also some of the best.

I graduated in 2015 and built a successful private practice in London. I also worked for a private psychiatric clinic and a residential unit for people experiencing developmental and complex trauma. Later, I taught Gestalt Therapy theory and practice on the MA programme at the Gestalt Centre London, where I had trained.

Why work with me

bring over fifteen years of experience as a therapist, working deeply with individuals to uncover the subconscious patterns that hold them back.

My unique background as both a psychotherapist and a creative allows me to understand the complexities of navigating a creative career while also addressing the emotional and mental challenges that come with it.

“Depth, intuition, and courage — that’s the alchemy I bring.”

My superpower is my ability to quickly and accurately identify the blocks keeping you stuck — whether emotional, psychological, or energetic — and guide you through the exact shifts needed to overcome them.

I don’t offer surface-level advice; I work with you at a profound level to create lasting transformation.

I am deeply present in every session, bringing authenticity, integrity, and care that ensures you feel truly seen, supported, and understood. My commitment is always to your absolute best outcome, and I’ll hold that vision for you — even when you’re struggling to hold it for yourself.

Whether you need insight, structure, accountability, or deep healing, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Beyond my work as a therapist and coach, I’m also an actress and creative, which means I intimately understand the challenges and triumphs of this path.

I was honoured to be chosen as a moderator at Stage 32, one of the world’s largest platforms for creatives, because of my ability to inspire, guide, and empower others in the industry.

My understanding, empathy, and insight make me uniquely qualified to support you in both the personal and professional aspects of your creative journey.

“I’ve walked this path, and I’ve helped others do the same. Now, I’m here to help you.”
